Build fundamental sport specific skills through instructional warm-ups, progressive activities, and scrimmages. Each session focuses on a new topic, and each topic builds on the session prior. Every class is taught to all participants and is open to all levels of ability and experience.
Build skills while playing various entertaining and interactive games. Multiple sport sessions are offered each half or full-day, and are offered in sport tracks. Sports tracks combine sports into categories to help enhance the learning of cross-sport topics.
Build sport knowledge of technical skills and a better understanding of sport rules. Game play is facilitated by coaches. Individuals are placed on teams and play small-sided (3 vs 3, 4 vs 4) games on smaller field lay-out to encourage repetition and skill building.
