Build fundamental sport specific skills through instructional warm-ups, progressive activities, and scrimmages. Each session focuses on a new topic, and each topic builds on the session before. Each class is taught to all participants and are open to all experience and ability levels.
Build skills while playing many fun and interactive games. Multiple sport sessions are offered each half or full-day and are offered in sport tracks. Sports tracks, combine sports into categories to help enhance the learning of cross-sport topics.
Build sport knowledge of technical skills an a better understanding of sport rules. Game play is facilitated by coaches. Individuals are placed on teams and play small-sided (3 vs 3, 4 vs 4) games on smaller field lay-out to encourage repetition and build skills.
